I saw this on my Facebook wall… “trained in the alchemy that is SEO and SEM by arguably the best search team in the region.” It was written by the boss of Big Advertising Pte Ltd in Singapore. And so his “friend” asked, “and who is this arguably the best search team in the region?”

Yahoo Search Marketing Affiliate Program
About 9 months ago, I received an email invitation to join the Yahoo Search Marketing Southeast Asia affiliate program. I was skeptical and reluctant because promoting products which I did not used personally was not what I like to do. But, I heard from my friends that Yahoo search marketing can convert pretty well for certain type of products e.g. beauty and weight-loss. Anyway, I am happy that I eventually enrolled into the program.
Royal Plaza Hotel Wins Web Marketing Award
Royal Plaza on Scotts, a Singapore hotel in Orchard Road area, won a silver award in Web marketing as reported by The Straits Times on 12 Feb 2008.
In-House SEO Training Workshops
Back in December 2006, I was engaged by Royal Plaza on Scotts to conduct a 2-day SEO Workshop. We had about 10 participants: the CFO, Revenue Director, Revenue Manager and marketing executives. They wanted to understand how search engine optimization and search marketing could help them to increase visitors to their Web site and to ensure that their Web designers and developers were doing the right things.
