OneMap: Singapore’s own version of Google Maps?
The Straits Times published on 1 April 2010 has this title “Forget Google, check out Onemap” when reporting the launch of SLA ‘s OneMap Singapore portal.
What an audacious title! Is this an April Fools’ joke. The journalist reported that the newly launched map site, OneMap is “Singapore’s own version of Google Maps”.
inSing.com Search
According to the stats from one of my blogs, people are using inSing.com as a search engine. I think this is good news for the inSing.com team and thumb up for choosing Google search engine technology. Yes, I am very tempted to compare inSing.com enhanced by Google search with SPH’s Rednano search but I do not have sufficient evidence to conduct a fair comparison.
Yahoo Search Marketing Affiliate Program
About 9 months ago, I received an email invitation to join the Yahoo Search Marketing Southeast Asia affiliate program. I was skeptical and reluctant because promoting products which I did not used personally was not what I like to do.
