TradersVic ranking raised
From rank 34th to 13th in 3 weeks on Yahoo! search position… Exhilarating! That’s how I am feeling now.
www.tradersvic.com is now ranked 13th out of over 1 million results on Yahoo! with keywords “index futures trading”. Also, it is ranked on the first page on MSN Search, position 15th out of over 190,000 results.

My next target is to achieve first page ranking with keywords “futures trading” and challenge to squeeze into the ever seemingly impossible Google ranking…
So what did I do right?
Remember the article, “The Top 10 Worst SEO Tactics”?
I discovered the homepage of www.tradersvic.com made several of the mistakes mentioned in the article. I edited the homepage several times to avoid and remove all offending meta tag and etc. I also reduced the number of words from over 1,000 to about 500 by splitting the long page in 3 pages. Hard work – but worth it!
